Hien is known for his boundless energy and is often described as a walking encyclopaedia of Pan-Asian knowledge. His extensive training across four countries means he’s just as confident escorting travellers through Bangkok’s megacity maze as he is exploring quiet villages in Cambodia and Laos. Detail-oriented and forward-thinking, he carefully plans each program to ensure smooth delivery and strong learning outcomes. His energetic and hardworking nature makes him particularly well suited to both student and private tours. You’ll often find him holding an enormous map, enthusiastically explaining how history, geography, and culture are intertwined in the country you’re visiting. Outside of guiding, Hien enjoys highland trekking, adventure activities, learning new skills, visiting bookstores, and - unlike most of our team - has a keen fashion sense.
